On the occasion of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, 3. December 2015. the Croatian Association of associations of persons with disabilities was held "Open Day", which was organized in order to familiarize the public with the work and activities of the Alliance and member associations.
On "Days of Open Doors" visited us: voditeljica službe za pripremu i provedbu programa i projekata udruga iz Ministarstva socijalne politike i mladih gđa Anica Ježić, zatim savjetnica Pravobraniteljice za osobe sinvaliditetom gđa Andreja Makar, korisnici Centra za rehabilitaciju Zagreb, nastavnici i učenici iz Centra za odgoj i obrazovanje “Slava Raškaj” Zagreb, Mr. Kresimir Miletic from the City Office for Social Protection and Persons with disabilities and representatives of the Association for support of people with intellectual disabilities City of Zagreb, Mrs. Ljubica Cuca and Mr. Peter Prince.
The whole event was followed by the media, and president of the Croatian Association of people with intellectual disabilities Mirjana Jakovčev journalists presented the work of the Alliance and member associations.
The offices of all visitors were able to see the exhibition of people with intellectual disabilities, presentation gilthead Union and member organizations, an exhibition of photographs and short films made at our meetings and sporting events. Shown is a projection of award-winning documentary film "A nice time with you, you know ", director Eva Kraljevic.
