Capacity building se održao od 11. – 13. Po dolasku su u Labinu posjetili Udrugu osoba s intelektualnim teškoćama Istre, radne jedince osoba s intelektualnim teškoćama, a predsjednik udruge Ozren Catela i voditelj Marko Perkov proveli su sudionike kroz prostor udruge u obnovi i razgledavali rad osoba s intelektualnim teškoćama koji su zaposleni na poslovima šivanja radne opreme za hotele, vrtiće, škole i slično.

Tijekom putovanja sudionici su brodom posjetili Nacionalni park Brijune uz stručno vodstvo, vozili se vlakom i razgledavali životinje u Safari parku te druge znamenitosti Nacionalnog parka. Po završetku obilaska posjetili su muzej u kojemu je opisana povijest parka i izložene neke od prepariranih životinja.

Smještaj je bio osiguran u Hotelu Duga Uvala, a sudjelovalo je 17 udruga članica sa ukupno 42 participants, predsjednici i članovi Glavnog odbora ili njihova zamjena te predsjednica Saveza i zaposlenici.
