The Alliance organized a visit to the protective and integrative workshops of the Institution for the Professional Rehabilitation and Employment of Persons with Disabilities,,bs,URIHO,,ja,The visit took place,,hr,at 11 o'clock at the address Dubrovnik Avenue,,hr,Employees Ruzica and Vesna,,hr,introduced us to the concept of employing people with disabilities under special conditions and in the labor market,,hr,They emphasized the importance of vocational rehabilitation and explained to the attendees what are the protective workshops and what are the URIHO workshops,,bs,Then they took us on a tour of the facility,,hr (URIHO). Posjet se održao 04.12.2019. godine u 11.oo sati na adresi Avenija Dubrovnik 4, Zagreb. Zaposlenice Ružica i Vesna, predstavile su nam koncept zapošljavanja osoba s invaliditetom pod posebnim uvjetima te na tržištu rada. Naglasile su važnost profesionalne rehabilitacije te objasnile prisutnima što su zaštitne radionice i kakve su radionice URIHO-a. Posjet je ostavio dobar dojam na sudionike te se nadamo kako će im ovo iskustvo pomoći prilikom budućeg zapošljavanja.
