Savez provodi projekt “Interactive IT workshops for people with intellectual disabilities,,hr,financed through the open competition of the Croatian Bank for Reconstruction and Development,,hr,to award donations to,,hr,WE GET KNOWLEDGE,,hr,WE ENCOURAGE INITIATIVES,,hr,The project has been implemented since,,hr,With this project we want to increase the basic IT knowledge of people with intellectual disabilities,,bs,and for the purpose of promoting employment,,hr,through conducting workshops on basic IT concepts,,hr,using MS Word and searching the Internet,,bs” finananciranog kroz otvoreni javni natječaj Hrvatske banke za obnovu i razvoj (HBOR) za dodjelu donacija u 2019. year “PRUŽIMO ZNANJE, POTAKNIMO INICIJATIVE”. Projekt se provodi od 1.10.2019. – 1.10.2020. year.

Ovim projektom želimo povećati osnovno informatičko znanje osoba s intelektualnim teškoćama, a u svrhu poticanja zapošljavanja, kroz provođenje radionica o osnovnim informatičkim pojmovima, korištenju programa MS Word i pretraživanju interneta (izrada, slanje i primanje e-maila). The workshops will be conducted by educated expert lecturer Jasmin Džinić,,hr,and will include the use of basic tools and skills for use in a business environment,,bs,The aim of the project is to actively involve people with intellectual disabilities in social activities and encourage employment,,bs,The workshops will be attended by members of associations and other interested users,,hr,persons with intellectual disabilities in the field of local and regional self-government,,hr, a obuhvaćat će korištenje osnovnih alata i vještina za korištenje u poslovnom okruženju. Cilj projekta je aktivno uključivanje osoba s intelektualnim teškoćama u društvene aktivnosti i poticanje zapošljavanja. Na radionicama će sudjelovati članovi udruga i drugi zainteresirani korisnici, osobe s intelektualnim teškoćama iz područja lokalne i regionalne samouprave.

To further empower people with intellectual disabilities to enter the labor market,,bs,we will also hold self-advocacy workshops "It is possible to get a job" and "I want to work",,hr,with a workshop leader with the experience of Andrea Gaspar Cicak,,hr,mag.educ.reh,,ms,It is planned to hold workshops in member associations in Zagreb,,hr,Pula and Slavonski Brod,,hr,Through self-advocacy workshops, we aim to convey to participants the current state of employment for people with disabilities,,hr,difficulties in employment,,hr,presentation of possible forms of employment,,hr, održat ćemo i radionice samozastupanja „Moguće je zaposliti se“ i „I ja želim raditi“, uz voditelljicu radionica s iskustvom Andreu Gašpar Čičak, mag.educ.reh.

Planirano je održavanje radionica u udrugama članicama u Zagrebu, Bjelovaru, Puli i Slavonskom Brodu.

Kroz radionice samozastupanja želimo sudionicima prenijeti sadašnje stanje kod zapošljavanja za osobe s invaliditetom, teškoće pri zapošljavanju, prikaz mogućih oblika zapošljavanja, we want to encourage people with intellectual disabilities to think about their desired profession,,hr,expressing their skills and experience in working in the open labor market or in some form of safety workshops. Na temelju provedenih radionica i izlaganja predavača detaljnije ćemo razmotriti problematiku i osvijestiti razne mogućnosti kod osoba s intelektualnim teškoćama. Radionice su temeljene na individualnom pristupu, a omogućit će osobama da izraze svoje želje o tome čime se žele baviti i educirati ih o pisanju životopisa. Od početka provođenja projekta održane su 13.10.2019. u Puli, 12.2.2020. u Slavonskom Brodu i 14.2.2020. u Zagrebu.

Planiranje i provedba projektnih aktivnosti nastavlja se provođenjem informatičkih radionica.
