The president of the Croatian Association of people with intellectual disabilities Mirjana Jakovčev 3.1.2017. she has performed live in the studio in Osijek in the show “Imam problem” HRT1 on the topic of implementation of projects of personal assistance for people with intellectual disabilities. She stressed the importance of associations to support the families of persons with intellectual disabilities and the first step in obtaining personal assistants. The show toured Mirjana Radovan, Head of the EU funds from the Ministry of Demography, young, Family and Social Policy who explained the criteria for applications and the dynamics of tendering for projects funded personal assistance from the European Social Fund.
